Once your order is confirmed, a driver will be assigned and delivered within the quoted time window.

2. Do I need to register or verify my age?

Yes. On your first order, you must upload a selfie holding your ID and a photo of your ID through:

• The My Account page
• The Checkout page
• OR text it to +1 647-762-5895

Once verified, you won’t need to submit ID again for future orders.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

For same-day delivery:

• E-Transfer (must be received before dispatch)

For large first-time orders, we may request e-transfer or a deposit. Mail orders are e-transfer only. Please note that we cannot change payment methods last minute if your order is already in process.

6. How will my order arrive?

All orders arrive in discreet, smell-proof packaging with no branding or identifying information.

7. Can I meet the driver at a plaza or parking lot?

No. For safety and verification purposes, deliveries must go to a valid residential or business address. Condo customers may meet the driver in the lobby.

8. Can I order if I’m not home?

Yes, if someone 19+ receives it, or we can leave it in a secure location. Contact us to confirm details.

9. What time do you stop taking orders?

9 PM is the cut-off time for GTA orders. For Mississauga, Brampton, Pickering, and Ajax, the cut-off is 5 PM. Sometimes we may accommodate later orders—contact us first to confirm.

10. What are “small buds”?

Small buds (smalls/mediums) are medium to popcorn-sized nugs from the same batches as premium flowers. They are potent, flavourful, and more affordable due to size, not quality.

12. What if I’m unhappy with my order?

These ratings indicate top-quality cannabis based on potency, aroma, and appearance. AAAAA (5A) is considered premium-grade, with superior flavour and effects.

14. What are quads?

“Quads” or “AAAA” refers to high-quality cannabis buds, usually hand-trimmed and potent, just below the very top-tier AAAAA flower.

15. Is your weed from BC?

Most of our cannabis is sourced from BC, but if you reach out we can confirm the source for your order.

16. What is gas?

“Gas” is slang for high-potency cannabis with a strong aroma and flavour profile, usually indica or hybrid strains with intense effects.

17. What is indica and sativa?
